Hooray for Friday!! I have a love/hate relationship with Friday’s lately. I LOVE that we get to spend Saturday and Sunday as a family. I HATE that Friday Lee works later than other days of the week. Friday’s are our long days but the reward is two days of family time. This weekend is supposed to be warm FINALLY and no rain in the forecast. Lee and I have already agreed that we will spend as much time out on Saturday as the two little ones will allow to soak up the nice weather.
If you missed any of my posts earlier in the week, let’s catch up!
Now for my Friday Favorites!
I do not own this Dyson V6 Animal. I 100% think I should but I have not been able to get Lee to agree…yet! I have heard nothing but great things about the Dyson vacuum cleaners. This model is cordless and weighs only FIVE pounds. I may or may not have watched QVC demos of this vacuum for the better part of thirty minutes Sunday. I even made Lee watch with me and kept repeating the Today’s Special Price with Flex Pay but to no avail. We move in to our new house in August and with three small kids I think this would make the perfect first purchase for the new house or housewarming gift!
I have had this lip tint for a while now but recently pulled it out to start using again. It is great! I wear the shade Lucky and it is the perfect pink. This Tarte tint is moisturizing like a balm but wears like a lipstick. If you are looking for a new spring lip color try this!
We have these Contigo Shake and Go tumblers and we use them daily. When the straw isn’t in the cup the top seals and is water tight. We use them to make protein shakes. You can shake them to blend your drink without spilling a drop. They are also great for our girls who like to take straws out of cups and then shake them. Nothing ever spills.
I have started incorporating this Peter Thomas Roth Peeling Gel into my skincare lineup. You rub it on your face and it lifts and peels away all the dead skin. It really works very well to smooth and exfoliate your skin.
Can I tell you guys how much I love watching Nyle on Dancing with the Stars! If you don’t watch the show, Nyle was born deaf and cannot hear the music that he is dancing to. That being said, you would never know he couldn’t hear the music because he is AMAZING! Not only is he an incredible dancer, he is also a reminder that you really can overcome. I loved the interview where his mother said that they always taught Nyle that he was not disabled that he could do anything he set his mind on doing.
What are you loving this Friday, friends?
