Happy Cinco De Mayo!! Everyone grab a margarita, some queso, and whip up a batch of my white chicken enchiladas! These are so yummy and everyone in our house loves them.
2 chicken breasts boiled and shredded
4 cups Mexican cheese blend
1 can cream of chicken
1 can chicken broth
1 8oz container of sour cream
1 small can green chilies
White Chicken Enchiladas How To:
melt butter and add flour in a saucepan, whisk
add cream of chicken, broth, sour cream and green chilies
warm on the stove top stirring occasionally until warm
add chicken and cheese to each tortilla and roll
place seam side down in a greased baking dish
pour white sauce mixture over and sprinkle remaining cheese over the top
Bake for 30 minutes on 350 degrees
