I am soaking up my time at home with my girls. We aren’t sure when or if I will need to get a job, so I know my time at home with them may be limited. We are doing a lot of playing, a little bit of exploring parks, and the occasional errand. We are enjoying our “girls days”!
Libby starts each day by playing dress up. This day she was a “princess butterfly fairy”. Love this girls imagination! She still isn’t a fan of sleeping in her new room, but she’s making progress. Now she will go to sleep in her room for a little while before climbing into our bed. She has also finally started napping again which has greatly improved her moods in the afternoons. Overall she has transitioned great to our new house and town!
Sweet Whitney has cut four teeth since we have been here! Unfortunately she has also started having night terrors. She has needed a lot of extra snuggles at night, which is fine by me. We also decided not to bring her highchair with us so she has started sitting in a booster seat at the table like a big girl. She is doing well with that and only occasionally throws her plate 😉 .
This week my goal {besides taking more pictures} is to get us back into a schedule. At our house we all function better on a schedule. Since the move we have kind of let go of our tried and true routines. This week we are getting back on track!
If any of you have any great routine tips, tricks for helping Libby sleep in her bed all night, or any advice on how to help Whitney with her night terrors I am all ears, friends!!
Let's talk, tell me what you think.
