Tuesday morning Baby #3 had its head to toe ultrasound and everything looked great! We are so very thankful for a healthy pregnancy so far. We are sticking with our choice not to find out the gender of the baby this time and look forward to that special moment in the delivery room.
We have picked up a few things for the new baby, everything being gender neutral of course.
We picked up a Pottery Barn Kids crib from Craigslist that was gently used. It has three baskets that fit underneath it for additional storage, which I think will come in extra handy.
The new {to us} crib will go great with the mint herringbone bedding we purchased.
The new baby will be camping out in our room for the first few months. Our rental house is only three bedrooms and the girls rooms are already set up. Since we will be moving by the end of summer it just doesn’t make sense to move them, and their stuff, around when our master has a large nook plenty big for a crib and some baby necessities.
My mother in law has picked up some white day gowns, hats, and neutral swaddle blankets that we will use in the hospital. She has also made the baby some beautiful day gowns that have been monogrammed, because the initials are the same for a boy or a girl.
We are so excited for the arrival of baby #3 in less than 19 weeks and at the same time cannot imagine having three small kiddos. It is sure to be an adventure!
Let's talk, tell me what you think.
